We will keep the Sandpiper Group informed about the application process and the status of group offers. With us, your electrical needs are in expert hands.

OFFER GROUP DISCOUNT DETAILS:

- $1,800.74 for 15 applicants or more.

- $2,100.00 for fewer than 15 applicants.

Note: The average cost for replacing a 150-amps electrical panel ranges from2,400.00 to $2,800.00.

Process

COLLECTING INFO

The process is straightforward. Once you contact us, we'll schedule an appointment to gather information about your panel and any specific needs you may have. After that, we will provide you with a quote.

If you agree to the terms, we will send you a contract for the repairs. Please read it carefully to ensure you understand it and to make sure all your information is accurate; select a service date. We will check the availability, and if the date is not available, you may need to reschedule.

This offer is for panel replacement only additional work is optional and materials will be added.

PERMITS

Once you're ready to move forward the contract, we'll collect a down payment to initiate the permit application process with the County. After your permit is approved and issued, we will provide you with proof of the license, certificate of insurance, and the permit for you to submit to the HOA.

We will provide all the documentation you need from us.

GROUP STATUS

Good News!

As agreed, we are sharing the latest updates on our process.

Currently, we have a total of 21 applicants:

-14 has made the down payment. 

-4 have the contract signed.

 -3 recent has entered the group due to the extended offer valid until 5/8/2026 midnight.

WHAT TO SPECT?

We recognize that many of you are eager to have your repairs completed. We are working, including late nights and weekends, to meet your expectations. However, we must follow a specific process to ensure everything is done correctly, so we appreciate your patience and support as we move forward.

1-The application with the county may take up to a month for approval (Usually is taking 15 days or less).

​

2. The panel replacement process typically takes three days between repairs and the final inspection, provided there are no complications.

3. You will receive a Certificate of Completion once your final payment is processed.
